House to Home is a program that provides funding for renovation or upgrades to a house to make it a Home for the homeless. 

One of the basic necessities of life is shelter. We provide permanent housing with supportive services to the single homeless community.  All funds provide our nonprofit support to turn a house into a warm and welcoming home for those in need. Funds collected complete projects that include paint, cabinets, doors, light fixtures, flooring, appliances, bathroom repair/upgrade, window treatments, and the general furnishing of the home.
